is this version of the app broken? Every time you try and open the app on my Lumia 950xl is crashes and closes after opening the loading screen. Any news on a fix?
Hm, loads up for me ok on my 950. Don’t know if you’ve tried any of the following, but worth trying those you haven’t already
- Make sure there are no updates needed for the app, install if they do - Uninstall the app, reboot your phone and reinstall it again - Check your phone doesn’t need any updates, might have one if you’re running a preview buildSometimes even just a reboot of the phone can help as well
hi again, tried that and it’s still not working! However, I’m running the latest Fast Ring Insider Preview Build, could that be the problem?
Yeah that could potentially be a problem, not sure what updates fast ring is on right now so it’s highly likely that some things would be broken. Downside of running the edge I’m afraid
