Hey guys I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem - when I first got Halo: TMCC, I downloaded the Halo Channel app, and entered my code. Since then, I have enjoyed it very much, and watched the first episode of Halo: Nightfall. Suddenly when I get on Xbox One today, when I launch Halo Channel, it plays the intro video and acts like I’ve never used it before. It is telling me to purchase Halo in order to watch the Nightfall series - acting like it did before I entered my code. I tried to re-enter my code on the XBL store, and it says it has been redeemed.
Do I have to contact Microsoft? Has anyone else had this problem? Wtf…
- UPDATE * : I did a hard reset for my xbox, and it ended up working again! I figure I should leave this post up as that solved it, for if anyone else runs into this problem
