i had set my home xbox to my friends xbox as i was at his for some time and when i went back home we i had forgot i set it at his until we watched the halo live championship he had installed the pack off the store and it appeared on my xbox as i also had his account from a time he was at mine and so i told him to set his home xbox back and i also went to set mine but i had somehow ran out of xbox home sets so i hit up xbox support to get it fixed, i set it back and went to go get my pack but everytime i install it it never appeared on my halo 5 i had contacted xbox support to see if they could help in any way but i never got it resolved so they told me to post here to try to get 343 to help out with this bug but if anyone knows a way to fix this please tell me EDIT: i have tried to open on halo waypoint i tried on xbox.com i tried uninstalling and re installing still nothing works so far

I could open mine here on waypoint. Go to your halo 5 service record, requisitions, open packs. It should be there.
