Hopefully as a reward for the first season, seasons are something that 343 said would co-inside with your skill rank. After a season ends your ranks will be reset and you will get some rewards.

The HCS pack is old and un-obtainable now. It was in the store a few months back for $9.99 or 80,000rp, similar to the current “Spartan Armory Pack”
You have to buy them from the gamestore
