i beat Halo Cea and it gave me the legendary and heroic achievements…but not for beating it on normal. I went through it again on normal and still didn’t pop, it says I have all of them beat. Playing on Xbox one for backwards compatibility. Any ideas to fix that?

This will sound stupid but: are you sure you have not the achievement yet unlocked ?
If you are playing on MCC this could be some sort of strange issue…
Re-sync cloud save data. This usually fixes the issues and works for BC titles as well as Xbox One games.

Still having the same issue going to play through a mission after resyncing and find the terminal and skull on the level to see if it makes the missing achievements pop.

You are 100% sure you didn’t get the achievement? Maybe you did earn it but it just didn’t give you the achievement pop.

It usually happens with ‘multiple’ achievements: if I unlock 2 or more achievements in the same moment and I go to the ‘recent achievements’ for the first that pops, the second won’t just show.

Its different for some. I went through all the campaigns, on Legendary, so when I finished, all the achievements popped up individually. With that being said, there were a few that didn’t unlock or pop but should have. There was a long delay, as in weeks. I was actually playing Gears of War 4 and had several of those MCC achievements pop in the middle of my game. It was very strange but hey, I wasn’t complaining. LOL

Well for this its the xbox 360 Halo Cea, not on MCC. So I have no idea if itll pop eventually lol. On MCC it always did eventually so I never worried. Going to try to completely erase my saved data and start over and run through it on normal to try to get the 3 that didn’t pop up.
I have had achievements pop like days later lol.

Switch over to an Xbox 360 as that game has a number of emulation issues on the Xbox One.
