Why do you think it’s called Halo: CEA and not Halo: Combat Evolved 10th Year Special or Halo: Remastered Bundle Kit, or some other name (and besides the fact it sounds cool)?!?!?!?!
Because it also stands for Halo: Combat Evolved…Again!
This clearly means that something huge and innovative that will define this decade of FPS’s is coming! We already know that there is some form of Kinect involved!
What is it bringing to the table that will reinvent the genre forever and knock a fatal punch to Call of Duty?
Edit: Quite a few people don’t seem to understand that this was a joke. Some have even taken this quite seriously.
after reading this post, it makes me feel like you are really mis informed about halo CEA
Haha I think you’ve been reading too much into the title, it actually stands for Combat Evolved Anniversary.
It was written that way intentionally.

CEA or combat evolved Anniversary? you are really confusing me
It’s been made at Halo Combat Evolved’s anniversary, so it’s like saying it’s the anniversary edition of Halo Combat Evolved, no more.
And yep, it has been confirmed that it’ll include Kinect compatibily, but a game 10 years old won’t make current gaming evolved now.

The official title of the game is Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary or shortened to Halo: Anniversary (or sometimes we just call it CEA for short).
Here’s the official trailer and some videos that show the official Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary logo

I was referring to the way my post was written. Halo: CEA = Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary AND Halo: Combat Evolved…Again!
It’s quite obvious since “Anniversary” is a fairly large word and thus probably is not in the vocabulary of most gamers - using such a title would hurt sales.

please oh please tell me you are joking. are you a little kid and such cause from what i;m reading you do ( trying to be nice), but anniversary is not a long word, many gamers are familiar with it dude
I’m editing the original post.

ok, wow. thank you for clearing up that as a joke.
That A can stay for a very long list of things like Awesome, Acronym (ironic), Angel, A, An*l…
But it’s for sure it means Anniversary, no more. It’s just a midstep between Halo Reach and Halo 4 reskining Halo Anniversary and giving 7 new maps.
EDIT: Ah, ok… it was a joke after all.
This wasn’t well recieved on b.net, nor will it be here. Not really funny at all
