i am unable to be purchase halo CE anniversary digitally I know we couldn’t purchase it digitally on the Xbox 360 so I really wanted it to be purchaseable on the Xbox one 
I’m starting to think that since it was never available digital on the 360 and you always needed a disc, they’re keeping it that way. Which is really unfortunate.
In today’s blog we said that it’s not currently available as a digital download from the Marketplace but the Xbox team is working on it. Hopefully soon!

Thanks ske7ch, you’re the best. Now I just have to explain to my wife why I’m buying Combat Evolved again for the … um … hold on (let’s see: Xbox, PC, Anniversary, MCC) … fifth time. Actually, I bought Anniversary twice, so sixth. lol

I really hope it becomes a digital purchase! My Halo CEA disc is cracked and I only got it to work once out of like a 1000 times! I need those easy achievements!
