Can I ask why did my service record reset for Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary? Everything reset. I had Solo and Coop Legendary completed, all skulls found, and all terminals found. Now all of that is gone. I don’t understand why they reset.
What do you mean reset? Maybe they’re just taking a while to load up for some reason?

All my stats for Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary reset. My Solo and Coop play through is now 0/10 with no difficulty played. 0/10 terminals found. 0/13 skulls found. I helped a friend yesterday and my Coop Legendary completion reset for some reason but then today everything on my service record for this game reset. It’s not a loading issue either, as all my stats load up fine for every other game.
Is this problem on Waypoint or on your Xbox?

Does it show your achievements at 0/44 as well? If that’s the case, it might be a temporary server issue. I can’t view your service record for CEA otherwise I’d look myself. It is weird that those numbers reset though. A bunch of 360 games are experiencing some issue or another so this might be one more problem for 343i to address.
Happened to me over the summer too. I had to grind for everything again, so hopefully it doesn’t reset a second time.
