Hey guys. My buddy doesn’t think Halo CEA is going to be amazing like me so he wants to rent it and try out remastered campaign before he buys it but for some reason it isn’t showing up on Redbox or Blockbuster as coming soon for rent. All other games launching next week are listed except Halo. Anyone know why? or is this just a weird mistake? It does show up on Gamefly, but he only rents from physical places.
And yes i tried telling him to buy it already. (gettin mine at MidNight!)
Maybe because there’s no need for it, since you can by a copy of Halo CE for the price of renting a video game.
well for a game like this seeing as its a remake they probably wont have it listed until the release date oh and may i say its kinda odd that your friend doesn’t want to buy it because if he liked the original he’ll like this one plus its only 40.00
Yeah but it still kinda strange no one else is listing it as available to rent in the future.
seeing as how the game allows you to install the maps and play them while using a Reach disc, renting may not be an option. Just a thought.

and besides then people would just borrow it from friends to install maps, to my knowledge you can only install it once from a disc.
Blockbuster doesn’t rent out HD remakes in my state.

I saw an unboxing vid theres an xbox live code to dl the anniversary maps in the box. One time use.
