As a matter of fact, I could pre-ore order another one for a Christmas present.
Pre ordered it in July.

GAME - £29.99, which includes a mini art-book when pre-ordering…they do not know yet if they will have the Skull & avatar outfit DLC available though
Shopto.net - £29.86, This includes the Skull & avatar outfit DLC only, also in my past experience games from this reatailer have always arrived a day before release
