So by now we all know the maps that will be released alongside Halo CEA for Reach:
Damnation
Headlong
Beaver Creek
Timberland
Hang 'em high (un announced)
Prisoner
So my question to you is, which of these maps, if any, do you think will by made especially with invasion in mind? At the moment we only have three map for invasion, and with the introduction of the new maps, surely we will gain more?
While I’m not sure they were made with invasion in mind because most of the original maps were made before invasion existed you might want to check this out.

That’s definitely a spartan in armour lock and elite in the ghost.
Customs game allow elites, not hinting to invasion at all.
Depending on how forge equipped the maps are, we may be able to get some invasion goodness out of Headlong and Timberland.
None of them were made with invasion in mind. Since their remakes from a time when Invasion didn’t exist.
That said, Timberlands and Headlong would work with invasion if done properly…

As someone with 15 games of invasion to my name… I’d like that

This, I can’t wait to make my own custom maps for Headlong.

if the 7th is from halo 2 or 3 I bet it will be Zanzibar/Last Resort

Nope, we have em’ all.
1.) Beaver Creek
2.) Damnation
3.) Hang Em High
4.) Prisoner
5.) Timberland
6.) Headlong
7.) Installation 04 (Firefight)
I think Headlong would make a great map, it has a lot of similarities with Boneyard.

Have you noticed that the elite is wearing General body and shoulders but Spec-Ops on his Head???

whoa… no i haven’t
giving it a second look over reveals that the head is just clipping with the ghost. his head is inside and helmet that looks like spec ops is just the armor around his neck.

Scratch what i said below, i see the general helmet in the ghost…that Neck Piece looks ALMOST like Spec-Ops at that angle:/

no you can see his head like deep into the ghost
thats why I hate ghost
they give you eye cancer
