So for the last 2 years, halo reach and odst had a launch event at the Washington State EMP, will anniversiary continue that or was halofest considered the launch event?

Halo 3 ODST and Halo Reach was both Bungie, Halo CEA is 343i which is owned and ran by Microsoft, so 343i is stuck doing things in a Microsoft store.
