Does anyone have a video or guide on how to do this achievement?
Easiest way is to just play it Co-Op and have the other player kill all the grunts instead, then repeat the other way around. It may take a little longer than simply avoiding grunts, but it’s the least frustrating method by far.

Does that work? I got so all the way to the first power thingy before a grunt ran in to my banshee bomb. I was so mad…

Does it work if i’m playing as just the guest with the account i’m trying to get the achievement on?

Does anyone know if the save and quit work for this achievement?
Well, I’ve tried it twice, so far. In solo. The first time I forgot that the Shades were handled by grunts and disposed of it. My bad. The second time I avoided every battle with them, with jackals as a pain in the -Yoink-, and the first Zealot as a -Yoinking!- demon ruining my heaven. I did’n use grenades at all, not even the banshee bombs. The lasts fight, that starts after you grab a Ghost, runing onto the valleys, I skipped them all. The last one, I ran like hell to the banshees, and managed to get into one, without killig a single enemy, and flown like an eagle towards the last generator. No achievement for me. WTF!!!
Coop is faster but single player just speed run threw it!
speed run through or just sign in a guest and only play with the guest controller i guess. my friend and i were playing and i just kept yelling at him to kill all the grunts xD it was funny since i didnt explain why till the achievement popped up hahaha

This was one of the hardest achievements imo. I did it solo, you just need to keep your banshee’s health up or you will instally die when you leave the 3rd activation room.
