Hi my name is eric and when I play the halo master chief of collection and I’m playing the CE one and I’m on level 9 out of 10 and my game keeps freezing, is there a way you can send me the disc so u can play, thanks
Sounds like you have the digital version of the game - have you tried any of the following steps to see if it helps fix your issue? These 2 steps usually help to resolve a number of different issues 
- Do a hard reset of your console: hold the power button in for 30 seconds, unplug the power brick for 1 minute, plug back in and switch on your Xbox and try loading the game again - Uninstall, re-download and reinstall the game
