Halo CE Save Point Loop with Halo Channel Video

I have a XBOX One 2013 edition. I recently downloaded the Halo collection and have been playing it. In the Silent Cartographer stage, there is a point where I have to kill two Hunters and activate a terminal to a map room. When I stand in front of the terminal and press RB to activate the terminal, I am asked to install the Halo Channel app from the store. Once I do that, a video plays for about 3.5 mins, and then at the end of it, it takes me back to the game where I am asked to press RB to activate the terminal again. And the same video plays again. This goes on in an infinite loop. If I uninstall Halo channel, I am asked to install it again and the same thing happens again.

I am not sure how to proceed or why this is happening. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it the terminal in this video?
If so that isn’t what you need to access in order to progress through the level - it’s completely unrelated and doesn’t have to be interacted with at all.
When you get to the open area with the Hunters, go to the other side of it. You should encounter a group of Covenant and, if you go far enough in, a path that leads into the facility which contains the terminal you need to access.

Closing as the issue was resolved in another thread
