Everyone I made an amazing discovery!!!

Remember in the covenant ship? All that ambient sound?

Guess what? Its the same in Russia on the Destiny game!!!

I don’t know if it is just King’s watch but I was glitching my way into it watching a You tube guide I paused and listened for a moment…

In this area it is literally using the exact same sound fx as if you were standing inside the Hanger bay. I recorded both areas, the Halo on my PC and the King’s Watch location on the Xbox and I can say…

Destiny is using Halo CE’s Covenant ship ambient sound.

I can say, I knew it sounded very familiar (Yeah I was a Halo addict so of course I could tell a familiar ambient…)

I wonder how much other Halo resources Bungie is using on Destiny? Apart from forge world (Look out the window in the tower, you can’t miss it).

I’m sorry, but what a dumb move by Bungie. If they can’t even record their own sounds then what can we expect happen to the beautiful game of Destiny. Unless it’s an easter egg of course, then it’s completely okay.

well bungie used to own halo so it wouldn’t be a surprise but since 343 owns halo now can’t they sew for taking the music or something i don’t know

It’s odd how they used resources from 2001, too…
