I’d like too see if some of you guys can answer these 2 questions.
1.Is the CE magnum a loadout weapon?
- Does it one-shot kill hunter bosses from the back?

Man, it better one shot Hunters from behind.
I am pretty sure the CE pistol is a mythic weapon meaning it is not a loadout weapon.

the H2 Br is a loadout weapon. the pistol. will be a single use power weapon. because it is the definition of OP

This. The CE Magnum is crazy powerful and having it as permanent Loadout REQ would be ridiculous. The Halo 2 BR has slight advantages over the regular BR, but the CE Magnum has crazy advantages over the base Magnum, and even a few other precision Loadout weapons.
It will be coming to Forge though, so it can be used in Custom Games, maybe even in the Social Playlist one day as part of a Community Game type.
Is it a projectile or hitscan?

Hitscan means that, the instant you pull the trigger, the bullet is hitting the enemy. This is how projectiles worked in Halo 2, Reach, 4 and 5 for human weapons. Projectile means that bullets actually have a travel time, so you need to lead your shots. This is how human weapons worked in Halo 1 and 3, and how all covenant weapons have always worked.
Of course, Rockets have always had a projectile as well, since it moves far more slowly than a bullet.

No. CE used projectiles, even for the Sniper Rifle.

Hitscan? for the CE magnum, well, then i can only say im glad its a mythic, single use power wep. The horror if it was a loadout…
Quin confirmed it’s hitscan. Was pretty disappointed, but as long as its low-zero bullet mag I’ll be okay.
