Halo CE Homies is an active Facebook group as well as an official club on the MCC.
Also, http://halo1hub.com. It won’t do you much good in the midst of the pandemic, but it exists for organizing LAN parties mostly for Halo CE. However, it could give you contact information for Xbox live players.
