Got lucky and got it finally in a gold pack. I really want to use it but only have 3 REQ cards so far. In what situations do you think its best to use? I don’t want to waste the REQs
Spawn an overshield with it, and if any, stick by teammates and watch out for one shot vehicles.

I think the boosts differ only in the length of time they last.

Yeah, this is right. So any level would work, as long as you could still requisition the pistol. My friend has it, and he can really do well in Warzone Assault just clearing out the base.
It is one of those weapons that works really well if you get to level 6 REQs much faster than everyone else in the game and so have that weapons when everyone else is running around with a REQ level around 3 or 4. If you don’t get a REQ level lead on everyone else in the game then you will end up trying to use a medium ranged weapon when everyone else has fallen back to camping with a DMR or sniper, or in a tank or banshee.

I use this tactic with almost every good req.
And it works great.
Umm, you can basically use it at any point imaginable.
It’s an unbelievably powerful pistol. Spawn an OS or Invis with it if you want to guarantee better survivability.
If you have the REQ to spare, try stacking Speed Boosts with it. Since it already gives you a boost to movement speed and reload speed is increased with speed boosts you can become one fast moving assassin.
Save those sacred bullets. Don’t shoot at bosses or vehicles with it
Drop ov or camo with any mythic like that and enjoy.
I used ov first time I dropped and got an overkill all perfect kills with it.
TBH the whispered truth is better though
