Will the Masterchief Collection include the original multiplayer from the original Halo CE or did the makers of Halo yet again disappoint all the pros by substituting it with the sloppy anniversary version?

All original multiplayer modes are included, though it seems that Halo 1 is getting the somewhat inferior PC multiplayer rather than the original Xbox multiplayer. Differences include bits of altered map geometry and missing graphical effects. Additionally, the HUD seems to be partially based on the Anniversary campaign HUD.
