With our mobile phones becomeing better and faster, mobile games have become much better and able to have more content and better gameplay, could Halo CE A be mobile? Halo CE A now would seem very easily ran on something like the latest smart phones. Games like War Robots and N.O.V.A. 3 look decent and have good amounts of content, and N.O.V.A. 3 has a campaign and multiplayer. So, I think Halo CE A with the decent graphics for a mobile game and the cutscenes which are pretty much the game at a different viewing point (getting rid of having to have videos), it should be able to run on our phones. And maybe it could have online multiplayer included, wouldn’t you play that whenever your not with your XBOX One. But, could the controls be weird because it’s mobile? No the games now work fine with the joystick and button to shoot(and some a small button to jump). And the ammo display some great for switching weopons by swiping and reloading by tapping it. Interacting, have a button show up to switch swap guns and use switches. This game would be like N.O.V.A. 3 in a control scheme.
I think this could work very well for a first person shooter Halo on mobile, or I’m just an idiot that thinks my phone can do anything I want. But really it would be really cool for this to happen so get the word out and maybe we can see it if works or not(hopefully it does).
It would be cool, but you have to view it from a financial perspective. How many people realistically are going to play a game they have already played before but with much more sensitive controls? Take the examples of Spartan strike and Assault, both are on WP and windows, they are top down shooters, the controls enough without playing with a controller is painful. I can’t see a FPS halo coming to the phone, especially one where you already know the story.
It would be a bit of a nightmare to play, let alone program. Granted, the original Marathon (1994) is available for mobile platforms, but it’s more gimmicky than playable.
I’d say no. Halo CE shouldn’t be on mobile.
Possible.Look At The Free Game Critical-Ops Which Came Out A Month Ago.It’s Very Good Considering That It’s Basically CS:Go On Mobile.Only Problem Is Halo:CE Is A Big Game.
It would be cool for those that want it but honestly I’m sick of HCE lol. Played the original, anniversary version and played it on MCC
The controls would be way too wonky. I wouldn’t mind seeing it in a mobile capacity, but the controls…I can’t get over the potential of how bad the controls would feel.

That would be a waste of money. Not that many people would probably buy it when most people have already played it. That and it would make some people to buy CE for the fourth time. First was for the Xbox, second was Anniversary for the 360, and the third was MCC for the One. So why make people buy it a fourth time?

Yeah, I was thinking this as a con, but now I have thought of more cons than pros, and I now think it is stupid too. I was just putting the idea out there thinking people would like it, and the idea is bad. Though it would be interesting, at the same time it’s a waste of money so yeah you are right.

Agreed
Not a bad idea matter of fact I like it
I think it could be a good idea. I’d rather see the original graphics instead of the Anniversary graphics. Nothing against the Anniversary graphics, I just think you could reach a wider market when it comes to hardware using the older graphics.
I have a Samsung S7, which isnt a bad phone hardware wise but it still overheats when using VR or any high intensity gaming on the phone. So I think the older graphics would be easier to play on most phones.
I would definitely support the idea if I thought that it was doable. I’m not trying to attack your opinion in any way, shape, or form, but I am personally not convinced that it would be a good idea. I know that many game developers are trying to push their products to a wider audience, and that means creating mobile games to sell their product to more people. Take for example (dare I say it?) Fortnite (I’m so sorry for using this example I know its a bad game.) Personally, I have not played it on iOS, but I have heard that the controls are terrible and it is just a bad game on iOS in general. I really wouldn’t want the same thing to happen to Halo.
