I had a problem while playing Halo: CE on MCC. Is that in the third mission of the campaign: Truth and Reconciliation.
I was playing on remastered graphics, but I got killed by an Hunter. Then, when I reapeared it put the game with original graphics, I was really pissed of the visual change and tought my pc was damaged, but then I realized this. It would be really good to put a solution of this problem, because you feel weird with a visual change from one moment to another without your permission,
