So can you get the “Complete every level of the game on___difficulty” by playing through on Co-op? The reason I ask is because I played the campaign and beat every level on Normal co-op but didnt get the achievement. So yeah any help would be appreciated.

If you beat the game through Co-op, it should work. I don’t know if you either skipped or resumed playing in the middle of the mission. What does the mission list on the campaign tell you? It should tell you what level you completed. Look for both co-op and single player completion.
