My rank and player card is SR 1 w the default emblem. I’ve hard reset my Xbox 3 times. I cant access anything but campaign. Anyone else?

This happens to me a lot. Try restarting your internet/xbox live connection.
If you ISP is crappy like mine, you get this error message quite often. I’d say check the xbox status like the others said. If the status is in good standing for xbox one, then it’s your ISP.
Not just halo.
