Does anyone else feel the campaign is too “dry” to replay?
aside from Locke’s cheesy lines and Chief’s change in personality from 4 i dont enjoy the replay.
i have half the intel and half the skulls and cant be bothered to go back and complete them
I played it once on heroic and once on legendary just to say I did it…and I prolly won’t even pop back into it again. If I’m gonna play campaign I’ll be on the MCC. Dunno why but the other ones have more enjoyable replaying moments. Call me old fanboy nostalgic not saying h5 is bad. It just doesn’t suit me personally.
I did it on heroic and need to do it on legendary but I’m not motivated enough to do it

same, it doesnt have the same epic feeling the others had (i think the flood had a lot to do with it)
other than the opening cutscene and Chief/Locke confrontation it felt pretty stale
i believe they tried to wrap up Spartan Ops, H4 and some extended lore in the game rather than telling a coherent story
it doesnt help that the ads and hype didnt line up or have any relevance in the game
I’m about to complete Legendary solo. I’ll also do the campaign co-op on Legendary. After that I might never go back. I will keep playing warzone.
