Halo Campaign not starting on Game Pass

What is going on? Anyone else experiencing this?

The Xbox App tells me there is an update for the game, yet it won’t download it.
Restarting does nothing. I can’t start the game because it just opens another window “Microsoft Store” and shows me the site for “Gaming Services”.

Glad I didn’t pay a dime for the game pass, but still I kinda wanted to play some Halo for the second time now. :C

So there are few resolutions for this.

  1. Open the Microsoft store and go to your library and click get updates
    a. It may take some time, but if nothing shows up move onto step 2
  2. Uninstall Halo Infinite and reinstall from scratch.
    b. May have to restart after this.
  3. If that doesn’t work you may need to uninstall the Xbox App, Game services, etc and reinstall them.

Reinstallaing the whole game actually worked. What a time to be alive.
