Before we begin, I am a person that’s interested in rallying together MLP fans in the Halo community. I’m not here to push love and tolerance in your face, so don’t worry. As I have said, I’m here to rally others like me, and get to know more friendly players to have some great times with on Halo.
I’ve noticed how there are no related threads on the forums elsewhere, and rightly so, because spam is bad is it not? Especially if it is something which is like gas in a flame war. This is different however. This thread aims to bring together bronies and MLP fans within Halo - to hopefully draw those together that want to meet like-minded fans and appreciators in Halo who appreciate a good game and good fun!
If you have come here to flame, please leave. This community is about drawing all corners of the Halo community together. From the Waypoint Forums Guidelines v1.0, I quote “All content posted on the Forums should maintain a helpful and courteous tone, and not be intended to provoke or flame other community members.” end quote. I repeat, if you’ve come here to flame don’t bother, as you’ll be swiftly reported for breaking the Forum guidelines. I want this thread to be a happy one, where bronies and fans alike need not fear any flame wars/hate comments/harassment, and can just be themselves without suppression and meet others. Of course, if you don’t know what a brony is, then please research it properly in your own time with an open mind, thanks.
As for others, refrain from discussing the show whilst you are here. That’s what fan sites are for. As to adhere to the guidelines, try to keep content Halo related as you know. This thread is about Halo bronies meeting other Halo bronies, or simply MLP fans or anyone who likes anything related to MLP who are interested in joining up together in Halo, whether you are competitive, casual, a forger, campaigner or whatever, all types are welcome, as long as there is some related MLP interests.
Here, fellow bronies and fans alike can add each other on their XBL friends lists, organise lobbies together for either achievements, simple matchmaking or to show off their forge creations if you so wish, and all in one place, as what are appropriate in adherence to the Recruitment section guidelines. This is a relaxed environment.
TL;DR -
-Don’t flame, or else you’ll swiftly be reported and left up to the moderators to deal with you. This includes derailing the thread with criticism etc. You go your way and we’ll go ours.
-This thread will be a happy thread: no harassment, no making fun of etc. This is a place for fans and bronies to add each other and ultimately have fun, and where they can be themselves without suppression because of trolls.
-As for the bronies and fans themselves posting on this thread, keep this thread related to Halo. Don’t branch off into pony discussions unrelated to Halo. Stick to the forum guidelines as per usual and try not to flood the thread.
-Also report any offending comments and ignore them. Do not reply. Let the moderators deal with them.

Welcome. Sit down and pull up a seat my friend. Now, I assume you are here because you are like me - someone that wants to be part of a community within a community, and this thread is just about that. I will be trying to rally together all the bronies, MLP fans and any appreciators of fan content etc in the Waypoint community who are interested in playing games with other like minded chaps and gals. If you know anyone in the community who is a fan, link them here! If you read the “Please read before proceeding” message (and I hope you have!), then you’ll understand the general gist of what this thread will entail. This is a place for bronies and fans alike to meet up, add each other, play some games, get to make new friends, and most importantly have fun, talk to each other and be themselves. Whether you are competitive, casual or just like to Forge. No matter what, you are all welcome here. On a side note, I believe that no one should be afraid/dissuaded from playing and talking with each other because they may call themselves competitive or casual. You don’t know, you might both enjoy some games regardless of your playing style. Play some games and talk to each other. This is a place for you to feel welcome and not feel like you’re being socially awkward. : )
As for the matter of clan names and emblems, I don’t like forcing people to do something just because they are part of a group. If you are already officially enrolled into another clan, that is OK, as this isn’t a die-hard official clan with stringent rules per sey, but more like a group. You can simply be part of it and not have people dictating what armour/emblems/colours you should have. You have the freedom to have what you want to have. But for the sake of identification, my emblem is a cyan Unicorn without the horn with the tag DASH. Now, if you want to make yourself easier to identify to others amongst the group, then you can either copy to an extent what I have done or try something else. Tags (NOT gamertags) such as MLP and PONY for example should make it easier for other bronies and fans to spot you.
TL;DR - If you’re a brony or an appreciator of MLP who loves Halo, here you can add each other on your XBL friends list. Hopefully then you might get to play some games and have fun with other like-minded folks too. So, that’s about it. Overall, have fun. I look forward to meeting you lot on the battlefield 
Entry requirements: All MLP fans and appreciators of the show or fan content are welcome. Some relation to anything involving MLP in some way is alright. If you do not fit these qualities, then please go elsewhere. This is a group for the aforementioned types only to meet each other, as to keep it dedicated. As a side note, it is strongly encouraged that members try and interact with each other if they can, as to build a good friend-friend relationship in game. As such, it would help that you would have a mic : )
Representing the clan: Nothing specific, but it would be easier for other bronies and fans to spot you if you adopt a gamertag which references the show, or tags like “MLP” and “PONY” for example. Entirely up to you. Also, if you’re SR-36, a horse emblem will also be available. If you match the colors of both the emblem and your armor in accordance with your favorite pony, then that would help us to further identify members of the group. E.g. the color of my armor is light blue for primary and red for secondary to match Rainbow Dash, so my horse emblem would be light blue for the head and red for the mane.
