Can we get 343 to create a plasma bow, or explosive tip Bow and Arrow (maybe Promethean origin?) either in H5 or H6, please? Something comparable to the Gears of War weapon- high risk/high reward sort of weapon.
Thought, feelings, concerns, complaints that this is the wrong place to post this sort of thing? List them below, but after seeing the teased tweak to the gravity hammer, the excellent fun that is the hydra and the over all near perfect polish/balance and creativity 343 has applied to the weapons vault- I’d love for them to expand the Arsenal further.
The only race it would make sense to have that weapon would be the brutes, and seeing as they aren’t even in this game I fail to see why 343 would implement that weapon for now.

It doesn’t even make sense for them in my opinion. Their weapon seem to be in line with their name. They all are brutal and meant for an area of effect, no precision needed. The gravity hammer, brute shot, mauler, spiker…none are precision weapons.

Destiny was not the first game to use a bow nor will it be the last.
On topic, I cannot see this working for Human/Sangheili weaponry aside from a Plasma Caster alternate. I could see something coming out of the Brute’s in terms of savage weaponry that would use explosive rounds and blades all about.
