The recent commercial that came out few weeks ago about the blue team which involves MC, Kelly, Fred and another Spartan II (I guess) is in which time precisely, because at the moment of reading the first book (Fall of Reach) when the Pillar of Autumn was about to land in Reach, the MC supposedly went with Linda, Kelly and James (All Spartan II) to destroy a Covenant Ship, exactly as in the commercial.
A captain that can verify this info, cause I’m noticing that there are a lot of things that start to enhance everything
Also can someone explain why Cortana was given to Noble 6 to be taken out of Reach, but it was also already on the PoA???

Halo Reach doesn’t follow the book at all
Bungie killed off the original Fall of Reach when they made Halo Reach.
But a small few Spartan IIs survived the war.

I wouldn’t say killed off is the correct word, but for a time there were inconsistencies.
Cortana in Halo Reach is a shard of Cortana’s whole personality that Noble Six delivers to captain Keyes.
