Keep ranked matches out of challenges. I feel the experience should be purely competitive.
For HCS, from a spectator pov. It’s difficult to follow which team is which as everyone has blue/red ui outlines. Could teams have dedicated ui colors? It would also help give each matchup their own unique color scheme. *edit - during the ssg v eunited game this feature was added, looks great!
BTB matches should offer a balanced reward for the difference in time investment. You did a great job balancing points awarded in H5 based on arena/warzone play. I’d like to see that be emulated in HI.
2.Store/customization
The SAP shoulder bullets change to poor color choices when changing armor coatings
I’m really hung up on armor attachments and chest pieces not changing colors with armor coatings. It really lowers the value of attachments and some chest pieces (the default looks decent on some equipment style pieces). Really hope this changes. This is very noticeable for George’s chest piece.
The desert sun bundle includes the same armor coating for each armor core. I support this decision. Once this is normalized, i’d like to see the coatings be consolidated to a single item like armor fx.
In George’s armor kit, his shoulder piece is currently untextured.
The store is appearing to be the best place to go to make your spartan unique. I imagine that we will see more options in the store than in the battlepass this season. I do not like this model.
The Vehicle model, like the weapon model, is unimpressive. I think your experience with the vehicle should change to some extent. Whether the engine or attached weapon sounds different, the vehicle leaves behind a contrail or it’s a complete redesign of the vehicle would be way more exciting than just a hood ornament.
Please sell items separately from the bundles. Oftentimes there is a single item in the bundle that i’d like to purchase that, by itself, is not worth the value of the entire bundle.
I would like to put some list together showing the worth/value some of these items are to me:
Armor coatings
- Rare : $2 for one armor core $3 for all armor cores
- Epic : $4 for one $5 for all
- Legendary : $8 for one $10 for all
- If i saw reactive or dynamic armor coatings i could see myself pay more for those
Helmets
- depending on the style anywhere between $5-$15
Other armor pieces
- currently there is no appeal in chest pieces for me as they dont blend with armor coatings. I did see the psycheapple chest piece which, while its unique, does not fit my design for my spartan. I can’t envision a decent looking chest piece currently but i’d pay $5-$10 for an ideal shoulder setup and $2 for knees

- $3-5 depending on the style/rarity
Potential bundles
- color swatches of 5+ Armor coatings of slightly different colors/accents : $10-$20 depending on rarity
- A full set of armor at $20 is okay. I’d like to be able to purchase each item independently as well.
3.Gameplay
Disconnects within the first minute of ranked play should end the match with no penalty to any player (aside from the leaver if it was intentional).
Players that disconnect after the first minute should be able to rejoin competitive matches.

The community menu should have more features. Include hcs series info like current tourneys, brackets and links to any current streams. Also potential spotlights for current/upcoming community events.
Service record containing medals and commendations would be a welcome addition.

In forge/customs please consider allowing a spartan scale slider for shrinking or growing players/bots. This would enable fun boss fights, and game variants like an Attack on Titan style game mode.
