Although in this give away, a question you might get asks this question, and doesn’t offer that option, it only offered.
Is this an error? or was he actually born on New Harmony, which my friend chose and he got correct?

No. Fall of Reach states his birth on Eridanus II. Ive read all the books and done extensive research, so Im 99.75% thats where it is, unless 343i decided to change some details of the Halo cannon Bungie gave us.

I didn’t like one of the questions I got because it asked me What are the purple vehicles that the Covenant use and it gave me the options of Banshee, Hornet, Ghost, and Warthog. so are Ghost and Banshee’s not both purple because I chose Banshee and it was right?
