Halo: Assault Saying I'm Not Signed In

Okay. this is really annoying the crap out of me. TWICE Halo: Spartan Assault for Windows 8 has stopped working and gave me an error message saying “To use this app, you need to sign in with the Microsoft account that was used to download it.” Only thing is I AM logged in on that account. Last time this happened, I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, and it worked, but I lost a lot of data (even though it was SUPOSSED to be constantly updated on the cloud.) I don’t want to have to go through this again. Is there a way to fix this and is this something that needs to be done on 343’s part? I have tried everything from restarting the computer, to reconnecting my Microsoft account to it. And has anyone else had this problem?

I solved it! For anyone who has this problem, activate airplane mode on your computer (or just disconnect from the Wi-Fi.) reconnect, and try signing in again. repeat this, and it’ll eventually fix itself!
