Also chief could pull out the hose like in Living with chief when they went to arbys and chief pulled out a hose and ate the food but putting the food into the hose but most likely I wont do that.

I would say that Chief has much bigger difficulties eating due to his helmet covering his mouth. The only possibility for him to even have a chance with eating is if he removes his helmet. However, the task of taking of the helmet is simply a big no no as everyone may know that a true spartan will never reveal his face.
