I don’t think there is but it would be cool to have a halowaypoint app similar to the website.

That would be really cool.
The Halo Channel app on mobiles acts like Halo Waypoint in a mobile environment. At least on WP10.
I’d pay a few extra bucks to get a Halo Waypoint app w/ forums.
