I’ve successfully downloaded both the Halo app & Halo 5: Forge , however when I try to open up Halo 5: Forge, nothing happens. A window that lasts less than a second pops up and vanishes, the only reason i can tell if anything at all happens is when i spam click ‘play Halo 5: Forge’ which gives me just enough time to see the windows for the slight second. My computer meets the minimum requirements easily, however I noticed something which I feel may be the true issue.
When I go into the Halo app and click on the icon where my profile picture is supposed to be , I’m given the text : “Something went wrong… Unable to load the requested stats”. I hit ‘Try Again’ and am faced with the same prompt at infinity. When I click ‘X’ to close the prompt and hit ‘sign in’ manually on the page, it will ever so briefly go blank and show my profile name, only to then vanish back to the prior screen and say ‘Sign in’.
Is there anything I can do? I’ve been looking all day for a solution and so far, have had no success.
