What’s all of the skulls that have been confirmed? Is there a list?
All the skulls will be the same in Halo: CEA unless you preorder, then you get special Grunt Funeral skull that makes grunts explode upon expiring.
I think what he’s asking is what skulls are in Halo: CEA (there weren’t any skulls in the first game lol:) )
So far Boom! (Blast radius is doubled or something) and Malfunction (every time you die a piece of your hud goes missing randomly… think blind) have been confirmed. Along with Grunt funeral and Grunt birthday party.

They’ve said anything that changes the AI is probably not going to be in. No specifics were mentioned, though, but Frank did mention they’re mostly new skulls with similar or new alterations to the old ones.

Most of them WILL NOT be in the game. Famine, black-eye, and mayebe Tilt will be in.
