Halo Reach sucks. Why couldn’t they of made Halo anniversary play like Halo 1 felt 10 years ago.

CE:A Campaign isn’t like Reach.
The MP is Reach’s not only because it’s cost effective, it also keeps Halo Reach alive more or less. Plus all the time spent on making CE MP remade for xbox live would eat up resources that could be used for Halo 4. Recreating that great MP would demand production on AAA scale and with Halo 4 on the horizon, it’s just not feasible.
This is how 343 decided it and while some may argue, it was really was the best choice in the long run. Some people are just never happy…
Oh and before anyone says anything, i am not the biggest fan of Reach’s MP. Just saying

ok well now i see they made the multiplayer maps for halo reach and halo CE is the campaign…so they basically pulled another ODST on us, lame
and i hate halo reach thats why i complain. I just thought i was buying a Halo 1 game not Halo Reach, it makes no sense. they did the same with ODST, that game comes with 2 disc’s and each game has its own specific play style and feeling to the game.

Maybe you should do a bit of research before buying a game next time, don’t just blindly buy it because it has “Halo” on the cover.
Next thing you know you’ll be complaining because you bought Halo: Glasslands and thought it was Halo 4.

Reach 2? Sorry, I don’t remember “Pillar of Autumn, Halo, Truth and Reconciliation, Silent Cartographer, Assault on the Control Room, 343 Guilty Spark, The Library, Two Betrayals, Keyes, and the Maw” being campaign missions in Reach.
Walks into Gamestop and picks up Halo Combat Evolved Plays CEA and CE simultaniously
OMG! They are exactly the same! Not a single speck of Reach in here buddy, except for a model similar to Reach’s appearing once or twice, but you barely notice.
And as said before. For several months, 343 has told us Halo CEA multiplayer will be played on Reach. You guys have gotta stop looking at CEA’s multiplayer first. This is Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary. Not Reach With 7 New Maps And A Button That Says Campaign On It That Your Not Really Supposed To Push.

We have a playlist with fast killtimes, movement buff, and no AA’s. As opposed to REACH…I’m happy.
you guys act like im not getting 100% of my money back for this pile of Reach map packs. Let me guess you guys buy your games from Gamestop so when you open the case you can’t return it? Because if anyone here actually worked and had a life other than studying video games then you would have a Costco card that sells video games for way cheaper. Anyway i just hate what Halo has done with their online multiplayer. I liked halo 2,3 online a lot. Halo Reach ruined everything

Dont complain because you didnt understand what the remake was, it was a remake of the campaign, and thats it, the MM was an added bonus.

Like everyone. I bet you bought CEA, took out the Map Pack code, and sold the disc. What don’t you get. HALO COMBAT EVOLVED ANNIVERSARY IS NOT REACH! It is exactly like Halo CE. You haven’t even played the campaign… have you. If you didn’t like Reach, don’t play the -Yoinking!- multiplayer.
Here, let me explain the reason why 343i used the Reach system rather than creating one from scratch. I’m sure someone else mentioned this, but I thought I recap the whole thing.
Halo CEA is a remake to the classical game that we all know and love, but with added features like the Library, Terminals, Easter eggs, etc. What makes this even more worthwhile is the fact that you can change modes between Classic and Anniversary, with one click of a button. Yep, you can’t resist that nostalgic feeling.
It also comes with 7 multiplayer maps, one of these is a Firefight map, set on a mysterious Halo ring known as Installation 04. Most of these are Classic remakes from Halo CE (PC included) and 2. Right about now, this serves as a lifeline for Reach and I think 343i were right to do this, just to keep Reach going until Halo 4 releases.
All of this is only a mere 30 quid around my local area, a bargain well worth going for. It’s your opinion and I respect that, but I strongly believe that 343i couldn’t really do much with the limited time they had, besides Reach isn’t all that bad. Despite all of the negativity that Reach receives, I still think it is a great game to have fun with. I don’t bash it since I’ll accept the way it was designed. Yes, I will admit that bloom and AAs are annoying, but I usually walk it off and carry on playing.
All they had to do was keep the game exactly the way it was, but add xbox live for multiplayer. They didn’t do that so I’m not buying.
