Do you mean in terms of difficulty or an edition of the game? In terms of a difficulty setting, yes. They have have all the same difficulty settings as it’s the same campaign. In terms of a Legendary edition, they haven’t announced one yet but chances are there wont be as it’s a cheap remake.
I believe the OP means the difficulty level. If so, then yes. Everything you remembered about CE is in CE:A with many extras added in.

It’s O.K. It just threw me off when you said option. No, word yet on it. I’d say if nothing is announced at Halofest there is probably not going to be one.

You’re very welcome. I am assuming you are referring to the terminals the last one shown at Gamescom highlighting Guilty Spark. The terminals are not part of the original story they have been added to fill in a little back story of the Halo Universe but also to give us a hint at where the franchise is headed especially with Halo 4. You will have to find these terminals, each level in H:CEA has one.
