Halo 1,2,3 wouldn’t happen because Chief wouldn’t encounter the Halo since they are escaping from Reach when they find it.
You mean if Operation: RED FLAG was a success?
If that is, then the Halo’s would never have been found and the disturbed Forerunner cryptum in Requiem would remain dormant. Also, they wouldn’t have been able to stumble into Requiem.
Or the events of Halo would still happen since Cortana already knew where to go by the time Operation: RED FLAG was to commence.

I really doubt that. High Charity was the center of the entire Covenant, they would not risk it taking damage. Now how much of a victory are we talking about OP? Did the majority of Noble team survive? What about the other Spartans? How many Unsc ships are left opperational?
I think that likely the Pillar of Autumn would have still left for Halo, because its location was revealed during the Battle of Sigma Octanis. Reach might of been attacked a second time by another Covenant fleet.
A UNSC victory on Reach seems like it would be a miracle though. HUNDREDS of covenant ships attacked, the unsc would have to pull an Admiral Cole to win.

You may be wrong. Cortana and ONI knew the location of the Halo ring, they just didnt know it was a halo ring. After the battle of reach, the UNSC would have sent a more prepared army to the ring, and Halo CE would have happened

Yup, only it would be like halo 4. The unsc wouldve been prepared and have an entire fleet. Considering the chief was able to destroy halo with the lack of firepower they had, he would have been able to do it easily if say, there was around the same amount of covenant.
