This is the link that will take you to the book, i dont know exactly how long it is but it is built up by 4 chapters, devided into 4 parts each.
The story in the book is made up by me and my very best friends in my spartan company.
Some things in the book is not canon, you will probobly see what i mean when you read it.
The book was written in three weeks, starting hand written and then transfered and fixed on the computer.
Backstory that you need to know to understand the books story:
20 years ago, a ONI elite team with highly advanced spartans were sent out to investigate what we now know is covenant spires on reach(Same as on the top of the spire mission in the game) Their leader, a brave and brutal spartan by the name Norman was leading the team called Xray squad. He got captured by an feared and mysterious elite by the name Dragonite that destroyed his body, but captured his mind inside an AI starage unit. Dragonite called him Fryleak and sent him out to kill his former friend Hightek A.K.A. Josh- SPARTAN-143. Everything worked fine untill Dragonite decided that it was a fabulus adea to activate Foxtrot halo. He sent out Fryleak to guard it. But Hightek and his team had already foud out about Dragonites plan and were on their way to stop him. Hightek fought Fryleak at the activation centre, were both Hightek and Fryleak died, What Dragonite didnt plan what that Norman had a good friend and a sister that wanted to find out what happend to Norman.
