Platform: halo waypoint and also halo 4
Description: when logging into waypoint and checking halo reach stats it has my achievements for completing the game solo on legendary, however the service record has no history of me even completing the game and is shown blank.
Halo 4 similar problem I have the achievements and they are in waypoint but the actual in game player commendation for completing each level solo legendary is saying I haven’t done all levels so completion is at 62%
Little things but very frustrating I am going to go through every aspect of things that should be linked as I feel these won’t be the only mistakes.
Expected result: stat correlation between games/waypoint/in-game stats
Actual result: lack of correlation across platforms
Relevant Hardware/software: xbox 360 slim 250gb latest software a of 06.11.2013 and halo waypoint latest version as of 06.11.2013
In order to synchronize with Waypoint, you need a reliable internet connection to Xbox LIVE. Sometimes, certain stats don’t save to Waypoint; I usually assume it’s a connection issue, but it could just as easily be a glitch.
The reason I say it could be a connection issue is that Achievements can be unlocked even offline, but Commendations and stats may not.
You won’t be able to get your stats magically fixed; you’re going to have to redo the Campaign missions and etc. that you’re missing. From your Commendations, the only Halo 4 Legendary completed missions you’re missing are Requiem, Forerunner, and Reclaimer. You can do all on co-op and starting at the last Rally Point, if you’d like to make it easier.
