How long would you wait for Halo 6 to be developed if it came with a action packed and an amazing detailed campaign and outstanding multiplayer system? Imo, I wouldn’t mind waiting 3 maybe 4 years for it to release.
If I dont hear news of it next E3 I will be upset.
I wouldn’t mind it being 4-6 years from now been having a lot of fun with halo 5 as is.
The longer I have to wait, the better it has to be. If they are taking their time to make it great it betterbe.

well, maybe not that long, but I’m also having a lot of fun with Halo 5 so I’m ok with waiting until 2018 or 2019 to hear about it. I wouldn’t like to wait past 2020 to get the game though.
Are you asking how long I’d have to wait before I decided I won’t be getting Halo 6? I don’t think any amount of time would make me decide that. Other things might, but not the wait.
Or maybe you’re asking how long I’d have to wait before I got frustrated and annoyed with Halo 6 not being out? I’m not sure, but 3 or 4 years is not long at all, by my standards. I don’t see myself losing interest in Halo 5 anytime soon, so Halo 6 can happen whenever.
They can take as long as they like really. As long as we can get a content update to halo 5 in the meantime.
It’s best to let them take their time with halo 6 so they can put all the things the community wants in

I’m asking how long would you wait for Halo 6 to be released lol
I still would be okay if it came out late 2018 or early 2019.

That should be the longest we have to wait.
As I’ve said before, I am fine with them taking more time for 6 to get it right, although I do have to admit I’m a bit surprised and disappointed there isn’t any other FPS content coming in between - no spinoffs, no Halo 5 DLC, no nothing. I’m legit worried for how that will impact the brand.
Of course we don’t actually know for sure that they’ve delayed Halo 6 to 2019 or later. They may just have chosen to break with the tradition of announcing them a year in advance.
I don’t want a Halo 6 out of fear that 343 will do something bad to John117 or to Cortana…AGAIN.
Taking any longer than 2019 would be a horrible mistake. It’s already obvious in this thread that people have higher expectations the longer it takes for a game to release; and we have had many over-anticipation problems on Waypoint over the last year.
Look at E3 or the Memories of Reach update for example, where a lot of people (myself included) presumed things will happen. These things did not happen and everyone was mad.
I’d prefer for Halo 6 to come out on schedule next year to prevent people from overhyping it more than it already will be, and in turn have a more satisfying game.

See, here’s why I’m having a bit of trouble figuring out what you mean: I am currently in the process of waiting for Halo 6 to be released, as we speak. So your question boils down to: “How long would you do the thing that you’re already doing?” So I have no way to answer this besides saying I would wait for Halo 6 to be released until Halo 6 is released, and I’m not going to stop waiting for it until it is, because I literally can’t

If they need to rush it in order to accomplish this, I don’t think it would be worth it. Overhyped is still better than incomplete
3 years at the most. 4 years is just to long to wait for a next main line title Halo game, however if we had a Halo spin off game during those 4 years I wouldn’t mind.
2019 at the latest. Anything later than that and they might as well just keep it away for a good while and then launch it as a reboot to get people excited. Who remembers Halo!? Well, now it’s returned from the dead.
Well based on the development cycle and the release dates for all main Halo games, Halo 6 should release fall of 2018. I’ll wait as long as needed with no gripe but hopefully it will come out next year.
