Ok, I know that the Banished were just recently introduced in Halo Wars 2, but do u think that they might have a role to play in Halo 6 or in any future installment of the Reclaimer Saga? Post your ideas now!

I feel like there’s going to be a Halo Wars 3, and we’ll see more of the Banished in that series. It seems almost inevitable that Anders will crossover somehow, unless she has a totally different role to play in HW3.
Maybe we could see teases of the Banished in the Reclaimer Saga (think seeing Buck in Reach, etc), but I don’t think the two should majorly crossover simply because they’re different styles of games. Some people play RTS games and some people play FPS games exclusively, so I don’t think you should have to play a previous game that isn’t in the same playstyle to have to understand what’s going on in the game you want to play…if that makes sense.
I would LOVE the banished to become the main opposing force in the next few mainline Halo FPS games.
I think it has Prophet / Covenant potential from Halo 1-3, personally.
Atriox is amazing and has me more hyped about the ‘Halo universe’ for the first time since Halo 4. This coming from someone who reads all the books, too! (:

I think that Banished will be in Halo 6, but their role depends on if other Covenant factions are in game. Most likely thet will be main enemy faction besides Created, considerring that many people want Brutes to return. It would be awesome to see all their vehicles in FPS game.

I’m ready to see an epic battle between Prometheans, Banished and the rest of the Jul’s Covenant.
I doubt we’ll see them in Halo 6, but it wouldn’t surprise me if they’re the main adversary of a spin-off game post-Halo 6, perhaps starring Locke or another Spartan. I feel like 343 is setting up the Banished to be the main antagonist in the post-Created galaxy.
i really hope that the banished basicly becomes the new enemy to replace all these covenant loyalist factions. Atriox is way more fascinating and impressive then Jul ever was and hes banshied feels very new, fresh and intimidating to fight unlike the covenant loyalists.
Well, the developers did say that Halo wars 2 story would have impact on Halo 6, so maybe they will be in Halo or at least impact the story somehow
I think that they will likely be in H6 given that HW2s ending ties to H5g in addition to that storm covenant seems to be about finished (though if there is going to be alien alliance of enemies i hope it will be similar to old covenant). So that leaves the banished as the surviving enemy alien alliance. And if someone doesnt hope for only prometheans in H6 campaing (blargh) then their best bet is the banished. Unless they also hope for return of the flood which could be too early but still mix things up a bit forcing the Cortana to prioritize things instead of keeping sentient beings under nearly full control. Though that remains to be seen and though i miss the flood the game could be concluded even with only banished mixing things up without the flood interfering.
I think the banished are going to have a decent role in H6, with the timeline come Halo Wars 2 merging with the ending of Halo 5 it introduces more forces for Cortana to attempt to either sway or battle with.
They definitely have a role to play after all we need a ‘covenant’ enemy now Jul Mdamas faction is gone.

If you think about it they can introduce them through a “First Encounter” gameplay sequence or cinematic for Chief/Arby and the Infinity. It’ll work for the people that didn’t play Halo Wars 2.
I hope The Banished do appear in Halo 6 and are fighting the Created on the Ark.
