Chapter 1: walked right into one
starting with a cutscene of chief and arby landing in the hangar of the infinity after lasky responded to their call and were let on, but once on foot chief notices something isnt right, and proceeds with caution.
You explore infinity to find out where everyone is. Once at infinity science, chief and arbiter find buck and Linda standing and doing nothing. When asked what’s wrong, Linda and buck stay silent and when asked again, Buck makes a sign to turn around and you are face to face with the promethians from level 4.
You fight your way out of there to find the rest of blueteam major.
chapter 2: we were gone for 1 day!
Along the way buck explains what happened and that everyone is in the bridge. To their surprise, more promethians! But these are different and seem to hold human weapons. When at the the bridge, the leader of the original promethian kill team holds blueteam major and a few marines at gunpoint, asking “who’s next?” Locke and Fred notice you and the knight sees that, then turning its head it says “how about you”
chapter 3: small scale composition
you fight the knight as a boss battle and once it is killed, Locke explains that the knight could compose humans one at a time. Chief wonders how many more knights could have this power and Halsey cuts in, exclaiming that the knight didn’t disintegrate and it could be studied.
Blueteam major must then escort Halsey and the Knight’s parts to infinity while fighting the composed marines of the infinity. Once there the level ends.
