Just wanted to discuss the Halo 6 story. I believe the campaign will continue through both perspectives of the Master Chief and Locke. The notion that some people have of killing Osiris Jul Mdama style is ridicolous and would further convolute the plot. I understand people’s gripes with them, but they just need to be DEVELOPED and have a good writing staff developing them. An idea I heard from another Waypoint user (don’t remember who) stated that it would be interesting uaving infinity crash on the Halo and Osiris deap with situation, almost like having a Halo CE type situation, with other characters experiencing it, maybe with the release of the flood. I thought that was a great idea. As for Chief he should be back at the forefront going after Cortana with Blue Team who will always have his back and The Arbiter who wants to fight by Chief’s side again, defeating a galatic threat. I could see Cortana taunting them like Osiris, bringing up the Arbiter’s past around blue team. I think that would be very interesting. (Glassing of Reach and other planets.) I could sse Chief sacrificing himself to save the galaxy against Cortana but I don’t know if 6 or 7 is the end of this story arc. The games need to develop its characters in depth, have good dialogue between them, and really add some great cutscenes so we start to understand motives and decisions.
There’d better not be any boss battles…
