i know that maybe is very early to judge the story of halo 6, but as happened with halo 5, we can magnify the contents of the next installment, but as with his predecessor, the final product had nothing to do with what they showed us .

I honestly believe that if the Halo 6 campaign is going to be like Halo 4 or 5 we can consider the end of the halo story. I loved Halo 4’s campaign. If it had a great emotion impact of Halo 4 with Halo 5 gameplay, it seems like a masterpiece. Please let us have a really big epic large scale fight.
A lot of this is speculation and should always be taken for a grain of salt.
Also 343 wasn’t working on Halo 4 for 5 years. It was more like 3 years 343 was being put together and actively developed Halo 4.
I would be happy if they brought back the writer of halo 4 I thought it had a great campaign… we can all agree it was better then halo 5s
All I want is the level design of Halos 3 and Reach, the story of 4, and 5’s gameplay. That would be the perfect Halo for me.
Halo 4 had a fantastic story. It showed where master chief was as a person as he is a human underneath a machine. It had tonnes of character development for both chief and cortana. In fact Halo 4 has the best depiction of the Master Chief from the lore in ANY of the Halo games. However the campaign was VERY confusing for those who had not read the lore which made it a lot harder to like among casual fans. Also a scriptwriter isn’t who designs or writes the game. It’s only been the person who writes the SCRIPT not the story of the campaign level design. In fact if they combine Halo 4’s story and Halo 5’s mission design I feel that Halo 6 could have a great story. It’s unfortunate that halo 5 then backtracked everything that happened in Halo 4

If you’re referring to the Halo 6 script that an employee is holding in in the Mannequin Challenge video, don’t look too much into that. Remember that the video was specifically staged for that challenge. I’m sure there are a few more easter eggs and fun things hiding in there.
Also if you’re talking about Chris Schlerf, he left 343 to work on Mass Effect 4 and is now working for Bungie
I entirely agree that the story of Halo 4 is fantastic, but forget all this for Halo 5, I mean 343 have a good story and ideas but I don’t think they know how to put it in the games.

It’s probably just a joke like they did with the “accidentally” revealed Halo 5 script they did last year in a video. Which was itself a joke in reference to them actually accidentally revealing Halo 4’s ending in a script page caught on camera for a video.

Why? Reach had some fun missions, like LNoS and the one with the Onager.
