This forum is to discuss possible ideas of what the halo 6 campaign will hold for us. My guess is the halo rings will be involved in it after seeing the legendary ending for halo 5, but I would like to see how the Janice Key and absolute record come into play. Also it would really make things interesting if they threw in something related to the precursors, I’m fascinated by them and there is a possiblity that a few are still out in the universe

The Janus Key and Absolute Record plot was wrapped up in Escalation, although technically they could revisit it. But seeing how they handled it in the comic, I don’t thinkwe’ll be seeing it for a while.

Instalation 04 and Instalation 05 both had Flood samples for study, as well as the Shield world encountered by the Spirit of Fire.
By this logic, every other Halo ring could potentially have Flood samples waiting to escape. And I believe that in the Forerunner trilogy somewhere the Flood promissed that it would be back to judge Humanity, but don’t take my word for that.

The thing was though if I remember right cortana said that the gravemind in 3 brought all the flood to the arc could have been an exaggeration but the gravemind would have had a lot of time to grab all the flood off the rings and such

I doubt the Gravemind traveled to the other Halos just to grab a few Flood spores from a research lab.
Also, in Escalation, there is a Flood Infection Form on the Spirit of Fire.

Not story related but campaign should have match making for multiplayer. Throw in an Arcade/scoring mode and I would play it a lot more than I have Halo 5’s campaign(just once).
Basically, do what EPIC did for Gears Of War 3 campaign mode.
I think we will visit the last Stronghold of the Forerunners before the Halo array, so, we will see real Forerunners alive in it. Why? Just listen the Halo 5 Intel pads, the story of the AI and the Bastion
