I think it would be a good idea to introduce a new feature to armor customization, in halo 5 there were armor sets that had other varients, like the recruit armor had the flame variant, in Halo 6 it would be cool to have a armor paintshop where you can make your own armor variant, and name it as well. Determine what parts of the armor are the primary and secondary colors, give the armor certain affects and patterns, it would really improve the spartan customization alot.
Self-applicable skins. I like it. Adds a bit of difference in armor customization, and can break that trend in Halo 5 where pretty much everything looks the same. I wonder how this would function or be implemented, however.

Sooo like Forza? I had a similar idea but it wasn’t to make your own design but a similar system to reach with armor attachments but paint jobs instead. A lot of people dismissed the idea even though every armor variant in the ever dilluting req pool just has a different paint job than the base armor.
I’d just like the individual customisations of reach to come back
