Is anyone else concerned about the size of this game? I mean the update today was 8.3gb and I don’t know how a couple maps and some skins are that much data. But the game is almost 80gb now. Does this mean in a few months it will be over 100gb?
No doubt just delete some games that you don’t play anymore.
The file size makes me wonder what the hell is on the files. I realize that 343i tried to make the most detailed Halo to date, but the file size is ridiculous, especially compared to the MCC, a collection of 5 games and 5 multiplayer components. Well, I guess, according to 343i’s math, one game > 5 games.

and no I dont have a concern with it, I doubt it would be a big problem even with the size since it pretty easy to manage game size and storage now

Sure is ridiculous, I mean halo mcc is 62gb (including odst) and your telling me that in a few months halo 5 could be double the size of that. Makes me wonder too
Not only is it the biggest Halo game, but by the time we’re done with the updates, it’ll be bigger than CEA, H2A, H3, ODST, H4, Reach, Halo Wars, Spartan Assault, and Spartan Strike combined. So … yeah, every Halo game combined and then some. H-YUGE.
Yeah it kinda frustrates me, I finally bought Halo 5 and it took me 4 days to download (To be fair I kept pausing it because I wanted to watch Netflix and stuff like that.) But I finally got it downloaded then I’m slapped in the face with an update.
I saw this coming which is why I bought a 2TB hard drive ;’)
Yeah, I’m at 31% after 2 hours. It’s almost 9. Not playing this tonight…

62gb? Mine is over 70gb … you must be missing something.
