Okay, this might be the most messed up thing I’ve ever seen in ‘‘gaming history’’. So i recently went to different Halo youtubers and saw tons of comments regarding the population of Halo 5. 343i said something that made me sick by just reading it. Bravo said that Halo 5 has over 16.5million users, I believe. There was something they said about ‘‘since Halo 3’’ which I clearly forgot. I don’t even know what to say cause when I’m trying to connect to a match, it can take up to minutes just to find 7 other people. Really?!
And yes, the router is fine here and it still takes forever to find players. But that’s not all. I’ve seen comments that is about the player count for Halo Reach isn’t available anymore. Is that true? If it is, 343i will lose all of my respect for Halo 5.

There is an official population thread somewhere… I have no trouble finding matches. Minimal wait time and all that…

Considering that’s false, it would be a pretty impressive thing to confirm.
I have yet to wait more than 30 seconds to find a match, so a single person’s experience may not be the best to judge by. My experience doesn’t make yours a lie, and yours doesn’t mean mine is a lie.
I never have trouble finding matches and I use a focused search. As far as users that is pretty subjective. Sure there may been that many who logged into H5 but that doesn’t mean they are active users. Not to mention people with multiple accounts.

What bravo meant was that more people came back each month, which is normal for a game that released an update each month.

No there is not.

It made more money…if you count the money made from Xbox’s sold with the game but it has been confirmed or so that it sold less copies than any other Halo but ODST.

This guy gots it. You may be experiencing a delay based on where you live. People in the US and UK got it easier but outside those places, its pretty much hell to find a match for many.

Same here, occasionally have some sort of infinite waiting time glitch it seems but if I back out and research it’s fine which obviously has nothing to do with population.
